Nine haredim was arrested on Thursday evening during two demonstrations taking place at the Shabbat Square in Jerusalem and in Beit Shemesh to protest the arrest of a haredi draft dodger.
During the demonstrations in Beit Shemesh a police officer was injured by rocks and required medical treatment. He is listed in light condition.
