The Honenu legal-aid organization is appealing an administrative order that was delivered, Wednesday evening, to the home of Itiel Zuaretz of the Samarian Jewish community of Adei-Ad, prohibiting him from being in Judea and Samaria for the next four months, except for the community of Karnei Shomron. The new order came two-and-a-half weeks after Zuaretz returned home from a similar order of ten months. During that time, he and his family were forced to wander, he could get no regular work and his children had to move from school to school.
Honenu said the delay between the order's date of issue and delivery shows there's no urgent security threat. It also said there was no new information to justify a new expulsion.
