The Police Investigation Unit of the State Prosecutor's Office announced, Monday, that two Border Guards caught on video throwing an eight-year-old Hevron Arab girl's bike into a bush will not be tried on criminal charges. The unit did send the case to the Israel Police to be examined as a disciplinary matter.
The behavior of the officers was described as unprofessional and improper, even though there were no grounds for an indictment.
