President Reuven Rivlin said, Tuesday, that it is not a sin to help the children of refugees. He was responding to an army commander's order to suspend volunteer efforts by soldiers at kindergardens for the children of people who had illegally infiltrated Israel.
Rivlin said the children are not guilty and if the soldiers' outreach is something the society would not do, it is not worthy of being a society.
