The Rabbinical High Court has ruled in favor of a divorced father, after his ex-wife refused to let him see his children for months.

The court fined the mother around 200,000 shekels ($52,132), to be deducted from her portion of the couples' joint property.

The father claims that he went to his ex-wife's home dozens of times to visit his 7 year-old children, as per court-set visitation hours, yet their mother refused to hand them over, claiming that they did not want to spend time with him.
