The Supreme Court on Thursday accepted the appeal of the State Attorney in the matter of Naor Shmuel, who is suspected of involvement in the "La Familia" affair.
The Court ruled that the decision of the Haifa District Court will be canceled and that the Haifa Magistrates Court's ruling will remain intact, so that the arrest of Shmuel will be extended until next Sunday.
Following this decision, the police filed appeals regarding the other detainees in the affair and all appeals were accepted. Therefore, the arrest of all 19 suspects will be extended until Sunday.
