An IDF Reserves soldier, Yoni Hadad, who works in technical customer service the company Electra-Florum, was fired illegally after returning from his annual reserve duty.
"I didn't believe that I would come to this point because of reserve duty, I just didn't believe it...they laughed at me, insulted me. Reserve duty is important to me, I have been more than 20 years in this regiment, ever since I was released from IDF service. But to reach a point where they will fire you because of reserves?"
The Defense Ministry is supporting Hadad, and assisting him in his fight with the company.
