The Supreme Court met today to discuss the petition of Otzma Yehudit activists Baruch Marzel, Dr. Ben Ari, Attorney Itamar ben Gvir, and Bentzi Gopstein, submitted after a resident of Wadi Ara committed a terror attack, to march from the house he lives to where he was located, between the towns of Ara and Arara.
At the beginning of the discussion Marzel requested that Vice Pressident of the Supreme Court Judge Elyakim Rubinstein be taken off the case, because "nobody here has love for me, and it is not appropriate that you should judge [this petition], since you already think poorly of me," explained Marzel.
