A 15-year-old from Karmiel suffered a fractured skull and cerebral bleeding, Wednesday evening, when she fell from her bicycle while playing the virtual reality game Pokemon Go on the western Galiee city's streets.
She was taken to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya, where her injuries were described as moderate.
