A ceremony was held, Wednesday evening in Tel Aviv to honor volunteers in the Israel Defense Forces.
Earlier, the Security-Social branch of the Defense Ministry published statistics about those inducted from abroad this year. The figures show France led the way with 49 percent of the inductees. The United States accounted for 29 percent, while about five percent came from Britain.
