A bill, proposed by MK Bezalel Smotrich (Jewish Home), which would extend tax cuts made by the Israeli government to the Judea-Samaria region, has been passed to be voted on in the Knesset.
Judea and Samaria remain under martial law, and as such, Israeli law doesn't apply there unless the regional military commander signs off on it.
