Police traffic inspectors have begun investigating the death of a pedestrian whose body was found, Tuesday evening on the Coast Highway (Route 2) between Or Akiva and Jasar Az-Zarka. The northbound lanes of the highway were partially closed and police advised motorists to use alternate routes.
Eyewitnesses or others with information about the incident are asked to call the police department's 100 switchboard.
