Member of Knesset Yaakov Perry (Yesh Atid) criticized Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Sunday, for "working day and night to demolish every part of the free press, silencing any body who dares to criticize and intervene in the world of media in a coercive and anti-democratic way."
Speaking at a Knesset Economics Committee hearing on public broadcasting, Perry said Netanyahu, "wants to ruin public broadcasting in Israel -present and future." He noted that the prime minister is also minister of communications.
