The Ministeral Committee on Legislation endorsed, Sunday, a bill for automatic renewal of discounts on municipal taxes for senior citizens.
The bill's sponsor, Member of Knesset Nachman Shai (Zionist Union) said, "The law will make it easier for hundreds of thousands of senior citizens in Israel regarding bureaucratic entanglement and enable them to get the rights that are due them without bureaucratic ordeal."
