Three employees of the Israel Broadcasting Authority were removed from Sunday's meeting of the Knesset Economics Committee to discuss last week's announcement of a delay in the closure of the IBA in favor a new public broadcasting corporation.

One of the employees interrupted remarks by Member of Knesset Karin Elharrar (Yesh Atid). When Committee Chairman Eitan Cabel called for the worker to be removed, a physical confrontation ensued involving the employee, his colleagues and Knesset ushers.
