The US and France are planning a coordinated strike against ISIS-held Mosul, Iraq, announced French government spokesman Stephane Le Foll.
"[French Defense Minister] Jean Yves Le Drian is in Washington. He is preparing with the Americans a coordinated attack on Mosul," le Foll explained on France Info radio.
