The UN Security Council is likely to convene today, after North Korea demonstrated its firepower on Wednesday morning in an "unacceptable violation" of a UN ban, says French Ambassador to the UN to The Guardian.
The second of two Musudan missiles launched by the northern dictatorship flew 400 km (250 miles), the farthest reach of such a missile to date.
