MK Yael German praised the decision of the Finance and Health ministers to raise the salaries of public medical department heads:
"The funds, which will be transferred from the Finance Ministry to the Health Ministry, will go to the department heads, and allow them to work with dignity, with nice salaries,so they wont need to leave work at 2:00 pm to a private practice. Good management, with manpower working more hours in the hospital, will lead to better running of the operating rooms and shorter lines."
