Iran is violating the agreement reached with world powers on its nuclear development program a year ago, according to a special report submitted by Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon of the United Nations to the UN Security Council on Monday. It's the anniversary of Security Council Resolution 2231, which adopted the deal and imposed restrictions on the Tehran government, and comes days after the Islamic Republic's latest test of a ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
The report mentioned violation of travel restrictions on Iranians like the head of its Al-Quds Force, who was recently seen in Iraq. It also mentioned an intercepted Iranian arms shipmment to rebels in Yemen.
