2 people, one 17, the other in his 20s, were seriously wounded on Sunday afternoon when scaffolding collapsed on Sigliot Street in Tirat Carmel.
Another two people are still trapped under the scaffolding.
MDA emergency personnel and rescue crews are still working at the site.
