Due to "malicious actions from the other side," the Iranian official claims that the agreement signed with other nuclear powers has not yet been put into effect. The agreement states that global economic sanctions will be lifted if Iran agrees to nuclear non-proliferation.
The agreement will be brought up in discussion in a meeting of world powers in Vienna this week.
