Prosecutors of the Jerusalem District Court have informed Nahum Goldberg, Aharon Shmuel Landover, Matityahu Primovitz, David Taplinsky, Avraham and Yehudit Beiler, Yisrael Marmorstein, and Moshe Eckstein that they intend to bring them to trial for aggravated fraud, conspiracy, assistance to impersonation, illegal voting, and other offenses.
The eight suspects are activists with connection to "Koach" party, which ran for the Beit Shemesh City Council elections, and ran Moshe Abutbul as mayor of the city
