The Ministry of Environmental Protection announced, Thursday, that serious shortcomings were found during a recent surprise inspection of vapor recovery systems at 16 gasoline stations. The stations will be subjected to enforcement proceedings.
142 stations, representing all the gasoline companies, were tested as part of an enforcement campaign by the ministry.
