Ayoub Kara, the Deputy Minister for Regional Cooperation met Jordanian Prime Minister Hani Al-Mulki in Amman, according to Yisrael Hayom. The Likud lawmaker also met with Jordan's water and infrastructure minister and Member of Parliament Hazem Al-Nasser.
Joining Kara were Israel's ambassador to Jordan, Einat Schlein, representatives of Israel's National Security Council and water representatives. It's the first time in years that a meeting of the Jordanian prime minister and a senior Israeli official was not held in secret.
