The District Court has released the truck driver, implicated in the Hashmonaim accident yesterday, to house arrest.
The driver was moving too quickly when he rounded the Hashmonaim traffic circle and a tractor fell off the bed of the truck, killing one and wounding three. One of the wounded, a 4 year-old girl, remains in critical condition.
