The European Union issued a statement today condemning the passage of the new NGO Law last night. The NGO Law will require any non-profit organization, which receives the majority of its funding from foreign sources, to report those sources officially.
"It seems that the purpose of the law is to hamper the efforts of civil society organizations, which play no small part in the values shared between the EU and Israel."
