Investigators blame fatal Hashmonaim accident on speeding truck

The preliminary investigation into the accident in Hashmonaim, near Modiin Illit, indicates that the truck driver was driving faster than the speed limit. As a result, the truck flipped, and its load fell and killed 1 woman, while wounding a mother and daughter.
