Lieutenant Colonel David Shapira, who served in the past as the commander of Elor Azariya's unit, testified Tuesday morning regarding Azariya's shooting of a downed terrorist in Hevron.
Shapira recalls that Elor had already been showing signs of stress and pressure before the event. In his testimony to the military police, Shapira said that the shooting was unjustified.
