The next Chief Rabbi of the IDF will be Rabbi Colonel Eyal Karim, head of the Rabbanut Unit in the IDF Rabbanut, and number 2 of the Military Rabbinate Force.
Rabbi Karim will replace Rabbi Rafi Peretz, who served as Chief Rabbi of the IDF for 6 years.
