Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman turned to Interior Minister Aryeh Deri today with a request to revoke the residency status of Hadera al-Saudi, the wife of Wal Abu Salah, the terrorist who struck Netanya two weeks ago. Two Israeli citizens were wounded in the attack.
Hadera al-Saudi was born in Tulkarem, and became a resident of Tayibe thanks to a previous marriage to an Israeli citizen.
In light of this, Minister Liberman asked Minister Deri to exercise his authority to prevent al-Saudi to reunite with her family, or to request Israeli citizenship in the future.
