Herzog: Labor primaries will be held in 2017

Zionist Union chairman MK Yitzhak Herzog said on Saturday that the Labor party primaries will be held in the second half of 2017.

“The party's Central Committee will convene in the coming weeks, and decide when the primaries for the party leadership will take place. If they decide I am not good enough to lead – let them replace me; I believe in my ability to win,” Herzog said during an event in Holon.
