A three-judge panel of the Supreme Court approved, Thursday, the demolition of the terrorist who supplied weapons to the terrorists who murdered Border Guard Hadar Cohen in February. The court had approved the demolition of the homes of the terrorists who carried out the attack.
The judges rejected a petition by the father of the arms supplier against the demolition, saying his son's role was very significant, even if he refused an invitation by the other terrorists to have a direct role.
