A motorcycle bomber killed at least 16 people outside a bakery in northern Syria's Hasakeh city Tuesday, on the eve of the feast marking the end of Ramadan, an official said, according to AFP.
The attack, which also wounded dozens of people, occurred in the Kurdish-majority neighborhood of Salihiah ahead of the Eid al-Fitr festival.
