80 Israeli businessmen met with 150 Kenyan counterparts, Tuesday, at a special economic forum hosted by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta. Netanyahu called on the Israelis to invest in Kenya. He said Israel had a strategic, national and international interest in such investment, adding that it would be profitable and there would be assistance from both governments.
A member of the Israeli delegation said the meetings between the two sides resulted in a number of deals being closed. A similar forum is scheduled for Netanyahu's stop in Ethiopia on Thursday.
