The organization representing senior faculty at Israel's universities says faculty sanctions will continue, despite a breakthrough in talks about working condition, because the Finance Ministry refuses to put things in writing.
Kol Yisrael government radio reports the faculty is not examining papers or submitting grades. The organization said if the written agreements are not received by the morning, the sanctions will be intensified.
