Rabbi Michael Mark, murdered in a terror attack on Friday afternoon, was laid to rest on Sunday afternoon.
His daughter Shira told those at the funeral in Jerusalem that the family had been through rough times recently but her father was always there for them, giving endlessly in every direction. She cried that not only was she an orphan. The whole world is an orphan.
Her sister Tehillah was wounded in the attack and words she wrote were read at the funeral. She noted how her father tried to save others, even in his last moments. She said the family will continue to live a happy life because that's what he would have wanted.
