MK Ariel: Response to terror is to rebuild seven-fold

Minister of Agriculture MK Uri Ariel eulogized Rabbi Michael Mark: "Our revenge is construction. Building up the land doesn't need to come as a result of terror, but terror must needs exact [a response of] building, seven-fold. I say, to all of them: we are going nowhere."
