At the start of the Cabinet meeting today, Netanyahu outlined his plan: "We are in an ongoing war against terror - and in this war we have had wins, and losses. We are enacting many varied measures, including forceful measures, which we haven't used in the past.
These include a blockade on all Hevron - around 700,000 people. We are revoking all the work permits of Bni Naim village - the root of six of the attackers. There are an extra two battalions [placed there], ready for action. Up the road, there is an automatic ongoing investigation of any family of a killer or of attackers; they are being arrested, as per their involvement.
There is a unique initiative to strengthen towns - we are bringing forth a unique plan for Kiryat Arba in the next cabinet meeting, and the watchword for our ministers now is to create initiatives, in every office, to help towns in Judea and Samaria."
