Africa: Netanyahu leaves tomorrow on 4 country tour

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will tour Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Rwanda, in an effort to strengthen ties with eastern Africa. He flies tomorrow to Uganda, where he will attend a ceremony marking 40 years since Operation Entebbe.
