Sources told AP last night (Thursday) that US President Barack Obama is expected to disclose the number of civilians killed in drone attacks by the US Army and the CIA in Pakistan, Yemen and Africa since he took up office.
They say Obama may give the number of civilian casualties as early as today (Friday) and may issue an executive order that makes protecting civilians a more integral part of planning US military operations.
