The Jerusalem District Attorney filed an indictment in Jerusalem Traffic Court against Noam Hawfik, the bus driver involved the crash which caused the death of 19-year-old Corporal Stav Partush. He was indicted for manslaughter, reckless and negligent driving, speeding and causing damage to person and property. His bus was carrying 38 soldiers, heading south on Route 458.
