MK Shuli Mualem (Jewish Home) said in response to the murderous terrorist attack this morning (Thursday) in Kiryat Arba, "The nature of the attack in Kiryat Arba shows that we have lost our deterrence."
"The terrorist did not seek out an easy target," noted Moalem-Rafaeli. "Without hesitation, he broke into a fenced and secure city in order to reach a house with the intent of killing a Jewish girl."
She said, "Israel must restore deterrence. Every terrorist must understand that whether he leaves the scene of an attack dead or alive, his family will pay the price."
