Energy Minister Dr. Yuval Steinitz expressed his great sorrow at this morning's terror attack in Kiryat Arba in which Hallel Yaffe Ariel was murdered.
"The shocking murder of 13-year-old Hallel in Kiryat Arba is a direct result of anti-Semitic incitement in the education system of Abu Mazen. Until the incitement within Palestinian education system ends, all talk of progress toward peace is merely illusory. I send my condolences to the Ariel family," he said.
