Yael Kabilio, the aunt of Hallel Yaffa Ariel, who was murdered this morning in Kiryat Arba's terror attack said, "Today the most wonderful girl in the world was murdered. We are in deep mourning, feeling great sorrow." She added that "The night before the attack she participated in an evening of celebration and dancing."
