Members of the Rabbanut viciously attacked Western Wall Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, claiming he caused the present situation of religious reforms through his Western Wall negotiations with the Reform movement.
"We predicted that by now we would need 'the responsible adults' to deal with the matter, and intelligently fix the damage he created. No one needs his 'enlightening' ideas that brought us to where we are today."
