Channel 10 chairman Rami Sadan on Thursday night addressed the uproar over his alleged racist comments in a post on his Facebook page.
"We have complaints of a person who has a clear interest who claims he heard me say racist remarks which I never said, in front of the eight members of the board who testified in writing that those words were not said. So forgive me if I'm not willing to put up with a situation like this, where a person is court-martialed on the basis of one testimony by an interested party, in front of eight other testimonies. I have also instructed my attorney to file a lawsuit against all those who continue to spread this libel,” wrote Sadan and added, “I understand that my words were quoted in a way that hurt some members of the public and I am sorry about that.”
