Yaffa, a resident of the Ramat Gan apartment building that caught fire on Monday spoke of the blaze.
“I do not know what happened. It was most likely caused by an electrical shortage. I was at work. The home was empty when the fire broke out. My grandson had left the apartment one hour earlier.”
