Prosecutors have filed charges against Michael Levy for murder and grievous bodily harm.
Levy, a 28-year-old man from Netanya, is accused of killing the criminal Shai Shirazi. According to prosecutors, the two argued over a debt, which led to Levy's decision to murder Shirazi.
