Prior to their joint press conference on Tuesday evening, Russian President Vladimir Putin surprised Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and took him on a private tour of the Kremlin.
Putin explained to Netanyahu about the various rooms and about the palace’s history and the significance of various symbols featured in the halls.
