Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon responded on Tuesday evening to statements allegedly made by Rami Sadan against Shas and Interior Minister Aryeh Deri.

“If those statements really were made, they were severe and wretched. Minister Deri and Shas voters deserve an apology. If he will not apologize, we must go back and probe who appointed him. I would like to tell all public personalities that there is enough divisiveness in society and there is no need to make the situation worse. As it has been said, ‘Wise men, be cautious with your words,’” Kahlon said during a “Globes” conference.
